We don’t claim to be party planners or perfectionists. But when it comes to throwing a last minute Halloween shin-dig for all the neighborhood kids before they descended on the block like a pack of ravenous wolves…. that we could handle. And by we, I mean the three small chefs that I call my kids. Not everything was pretty or even in-tact by the time it made it to the table, but we all thought it turned out pretty fun. And while I stood by getting the bar ready for all the adults, I watched those three little people create some pretty cool Halloween party snacks. The only one that I helped with at all was the spider bean dip. Because, you know, I didn’t want to be totally useless. And in no particular order…. Let’s do this.
Spider Bean Dip

Tangerine Pumpkins

Mummy Hot Dogs and Mummy Corn Dogs

Oreo Bats

Spooky Apple Mouth

Worms in Dirt

Banana Ghosts

Gummy Bear Graveyard

Deviled Egg Eyes

Milano Cookie Ghosts

And just like that, you have a party…. Dog not included.
