Tzatiziki Sauce
Ingredients
- 1½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber shredded
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh or dry dill
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Parent Task: Grate the cucumber. It will be damp so dry it out as much as possible with a towel or napkin.
- Kidtasatic! Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until blended.
- Enjoy with pita bread, crackers or on a gyro.
