Ingredients

  • 2 lbs figs stemmed
  • 1 cup sugar (more if figs are not already super sweet)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Kidtastic!: Add all ingredients to saucepan
  • Team Task: Stirring occasionally, simmer for about 40 minutes or until a jammy consistency.
  • Scoop into jars (leaving ¼ inch at the top) and let cool to room temp
  • Enjoy!!!
