Cook rice according to package or use leftover cooked rice.
Team Task: Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Pour canola and sesame oil in the bottom. Add garlic peas and carrots and fry until tender.
Team Task: Slide the onion, peas and carrots to the side, and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked. Combine the the eggs with the vegetable mix.
Kidtastic! Add the rice to the pan. Follow with the soy sauce, salt, pepper and scallions if desired.
