Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • fresh berries
  • optional - traditional Bircher Muesli calls for chopped walnuts, almonds, so add if like it

Instructions

  • Kidtastic! Mix oats, apple, milk, yogurt, brown sugar, and honey together into a bowl. Chill in refrigerator for at least four hours, up to 24 hours. Mix in berries before serving.
